M&E Construction Manager (6-7yrs exp/M&E Manager/Substation/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of M&E coordinators and BIM modellers on M&E design and coordination works.
• Review M&E drawings and work with consultants and subcontractors to solve technical and site issues.
• Track drawing approvals, material submissions and M&E documents to keep works moving.
• Make sure M&E works on site follow the approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise site progress and coordinate subcontractors to keep works on schedule.
• Attend technical and site meetings, and update the Project Manager on any issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or BCA M&E Coordination Certificate, or equivalent.
• 6 – 7 years of relevant experience managing M&E works in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in substation projects.
• Good leadership and communication skills to manage coordinators, consultants and subcontractors.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
