Job Summary

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and consultants to resolve site, quality, and installation issues while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and tracking contract variations and cost impacts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve site and quality issues, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements by following agreed procedures to mitigate risks and maintain project standards
• Track and document contract variations and claims, assessing their impact on project costs and timelines
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and vendors to address and resolve construction and installation challenges on site
• Operate primarily on-site to monitor progress and facilitate communication among project stakeholders
• Report project status, issues, and progress updates regularly to Project, Construction, and Site Managers
• Perform additional duties related to M&E coordination as assigned to support project objectives
