M&E Project Coordinator

1) To manage M&E services for A&A project like commercial unit, F&B outlets, Industrial premises etc

M&E services consist of electrcial,Sanitary & plumbling, fire protection, ACMV, gas plumbling etc

2) To co-ordinate with sub contractor for the work involve

3) To update shop and as-built drawing

4) To liaise with designer and clients on the project including weekly meeting on site

5) Able to read and study M&E drawing

6) Able to perform cost management

7) Work independantly & team work
