Project Manager (M&E)
Summary
Coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on construction projects, including reviewing drawings, managing subcontractors, liaising with authorities, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.
Project Manager (M&E Works)
1. Planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
2. Check drawings and technical specifications for discrepancies and report to Project Manager
3. Monitor all M&E work documents
4. Shop drawings coordination
5. Schedule, supervise and manage sub-contractors in order to carry out works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
6. Liaise and work with relevant authorities / sub-contractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning
7. Conduct M&E coordination meetings
8. Report M&E matters, progress and updates to Project Manager
9. Communicate and collaborate with site staff effectively to ensure project progress smoothly
10. Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project and make recommendations in accordance with local regulations
Job Requirement
1. Minimum Degree in any M&E or Building Services.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
3. Independent with good communication skills
