M014-Cust Sales Agent BIL-M

The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and responding to telephone inquiries regarding client's billing questions, taking/make calls from customers who are looking to buy and/or add new lines, cell phones, accessories, mobile protection for Prepaid, Postpaid and/or Internet Services. The activities include but are not limited to close the sale, provide information about products and services, general information about the bill and be able to evaluate the situation accordingly to be able to connect the customer with the correct department by following processes and procedures aligned with client and internal policies.
