Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Python and machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to solve complex business problems and deliver data-driven solutions. The candidate should have strong programming skills, analytical thinking, and experience working with real-world datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to address business requirements.

- Use Python to build, test, and optimize machine learning algorithms and applications.

- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.

- Select appropriate machine learning algorithms and evaluate model performance using relevant metrics.

- Improve model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency through experimentation and optimization.

- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software development teams to integrate ML models into applications.

- Develop reusable code and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

- Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to model development, data processing, and deployment.

- Stay updated with emerging machine learning techniques, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in machine learning, Python development, or related technical roles.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Hands-on experience developing and implementing Machine Learning models.

- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation.

- Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

- Understanding of statistical concepts and model performance evaluation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
