The Machine Operator Assistant plays an important role in ensuring smooth production flow by working closely with the Machine Operator. This position involves hands-on support in preparing, handling, and maintaining materials, as well as assisting with equipment operation and quality checks to ensure products meet safety and production standards.

The Machine Operator Assistant plays an important role in ensuring smooth production flow by working closely with the Machine Operator. This position involves hands-on support in preparing, handling, and maintaining materials, as well as assisting with equipment operation and quality checks to ensure products meet safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Machine Operator by preparing, cleaning, and positioning workpieces for processing.
- Organize, stack, and arrange materials before and after they move through the machine.
- Help load and unload supplies and consumables such as PVC, adhesives, and cleaning solutions.
- Observe and inspect finished items to verify that they meet established quality requirements.
- Communicate any irregularities or concerns in product output to the Machine Operator promptly.
- Report unusual machine noises, vibrations, or potential mechanical issues.
- Assist in daily upkeep of the machinery, including cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and keep the work environment neat and hazard-free.
