Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Machine & Plant Operators for food production facilities in Germany. Candidates should have experience operating industrial production machinery, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes, and maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment.
- Set up and adjust machines for production requirements.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality checks during the production process.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain production records and machine operation reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime.
Salary: €3,300 per month / 3,54,000 INR Per Month
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator, Plant Operator, Production Operator, or similar role in food manufacturing or industrial production.
- Experience handling automated production machines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred).
- Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues.
- German language proficiency: B2 level (Mandatory).
- Valid Driving License.
- Good understanding of production processes and quality standards.
