- Practical knowledge of TSO/ISPF and SDSF for dataset browsing and system output monitoring
- Experience with OPC/TWS
- Experience with Abend-AID for defect investigation and resolution
- Experience with File-AID for defect fixing
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Practical experience with REXX scripting and Shell scripting
- Practical experience with Python
- Understanding of distributed systems in hybrid environments
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working
- Experience with cloud integration and mainframe modernization initiatives
