Maintenance Engineer

This hands-on position requires the candidate to possess varied abilities in the building maintenance field. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance duties by using many skills including but not limited to\: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, and general HVAC understanding to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.

Responsibilities\: Prepares general repair and maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, wallpapering, plumbing, and electrical systems. Assists hotel staff and guests with maintenance needs under the direction of the Assistant Director of Engineering.
