SUMMARY
Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager with a proven ability to troubleshoot advanced mechanical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility. This position is responsible for preventative and mechanical maintenance and must possess advanced knowledge of machine repair. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met. To be considered, candidates must have knowledge of Profilers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) as well as previous Maintenance and supervisory experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group. Regular and punctual attendance is required of all employees.
- Complete mechanical repairs and makes adjustments as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned and required.
- Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform all facility maintenance that is required including yard, janitorial maintenance, and snow removal etc.
- Maintain and Verify Company Assets.
- Perform all duties safely and provide assistance to Safety Department when needed.
- Direct and Supervise 1-5 Maintenance Technicians.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
