Maintenance Senior Supervisor

Overall governance
• Ensure understanding of policies, standards, work processes and procedures to provide guidelines to junior members.
• Support periodic revision of policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures that are relevant to Solar Panel Maintenance work to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company's policies & compliance with relevant governance.

Function-Related Accountabilities
• Supervise the execution of solar panel maintenance work plan to comply with company's policies and objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate subordinates' work to ensure solar panel maintenance undertakings are on time, effectiveness and in accordance with the required standards.
• Supervise routine and preventive maintenance of solar panels including panel cleaning, thermo-scanning, ground system check in order to ensure smooth operations of solar panels.
• Supervise and control over panels' key indicators including but not limited to panel cleanliness, dust level, temperature level, etc. in order to prevent unexpected breakdown.
• Supervise the inspection of solar power generation performance in order to ensure optimal power generation.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors/outsourced parties and maintain relationships with government agencies and communities nearby, in order to ensure outsourced parties' works are conducted timely, complete, and up to company's high standards, and communities are satisfied.
• Request, if needed, maintenance work that requires services from outsourced parties to ensure general upkeeping of the company's assets.
• Handle accidents and injuries inflicted to subordinates to ensure their personal safety at work safety.
• Analyze, identify and respond to hazards faced by subordinates to contain operational risks and ensure work.
