You'll lead daily maintenance operations, oversee service requests and apartment turns, and help ensure the property continues moving in the right direction.

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong HVAC knowledge and EPA certification
- General maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to lead a team, prioritize projects, and manage daily operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
