We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our properties in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties. Integrity Northfield has 200 apartment homes. This is a working supervisor position and there is a maintenance technician at the property as well.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
- Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Order all supplies, coordinator with vendors, works closely with the property manager
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
