About the Role
ATI Windows is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our Las Vegas Sunset team. In this hands-on role, you'll keep our production equipment and facility running at peak performance — working closely with our VP of Manufacturing and Production Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machines, punch presses, conveyor systems, and other production equipment
- Repair and restore malfunctioning machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Monitor and maintain PLC and robotic systems
- Handle facility maintenance including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and structural repairs
- Manage maintenance supply inventory and submit parts requests as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and regulations
- Coordinate with the VP of Manufacturing and Production Manager on maintenance schedules and facility issues
