Overview

NORA Apartments is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Complete make-readies
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager
