GCI Residential is looking for an On-Site Maintenance Technician to join our team at Settler’s Landing in Streetsboro, OH. This is more than a maintenance position—you’ll play a hands-on role in creating a community that residents are proud to call home. What You'll Be Responsible For

You’ll be the go-to person when things need to work—and work well. Your day-to-day will include:

• Keeping the community looking clean, safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
• Diagnosing and resolving a wide variety of residential maintenance requests with speed, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
• Preparing apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, building exteriors, and more.
• Performing preventative maintenance and identifying potential issues before they become bigger problems.
• Partnering closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community running smoothly.
• Building positive relationships with residents and delivering the level of service that makes them want to stay.
