Maintenance Technician - Machinery Repair

Join our Raymond Team as a Maintenance Technician!

The Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working collaboratively with a diverse team. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and creative thinking to help maintain equipment reliability and achieve team goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing assigned preventative maintenance on critical machines
• Responding to emergency maintenance calls
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment using manuals and schematics
• Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and multimeters to complete maintenance tasks
• Participating in formal maintenance-related training, including basic electrical, Fanuc weld robot, Haas, NFPA 70E, HVAC, and other relevant training courses
• Identify necessary parts and entering them into SAP

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• A team player with a great attitude

What Sets You Apart:

• Previous maintenance experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with SAP or similar software
• Electrical certification
• Certification for forklift and/or scissor lifts
• CNC experience

Where and When You’ll Work:

• This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility – ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
• Standard working hours are 6:00am – 2:30pm. Overtime is likely, however, not guaranteed.
• Maintenance team members will be onsite and working during scheduled company shut downs in July and December each year.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Wage - $24.51 - $35.29 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
