Maintenance Technician

TFE Properties, LLC is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician with prior experience for our new Summit location in Ocean County, New Jersey. The candidate must be well organized, self-motivated and adaptable to changing situations. Must be able to perform all types of maintenance duties for our residents. Valid driver license required, basic computer skills a plus. Full-time position that requires weekends and must be flexible with the work week.

Responsibilities include:

· Performing plumbing, electrical, appliance and mechanical maintenance.

· Fulfill work orders in maintaining the exterior and all common areas of the property (Lighting, walkways, fitness centers, storage, parking, landscaping, etc.).

· Prepare units for move-in, including but not limited to, punch-out lists, painting, cleaning and any other necessary work.

· Minor cleaning of work and common areas as needed.

· Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude to residents, potential residents and vendors.

· Respond to resident’s requests in a prompt and courteous manner.

Compensation and Benefits include:

· This position offers a starting rate that ranges from $23 to $26 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
