Description

Everyone Leaves Happy, this is our mission, and it runs through everything we do.

It means taking care of our guests, of course, but it also means taking care of you and the people you work with.

When we look out for each other, support each other, and celebrate every little win, we create an environment where happiness naturally spreads. That’s the Bill’s way.

We’re looking for a curious, analytical and proactive Management Accountant to join our Finance team based in London.

If you’re part-qualified or studying ACCA, CIMA or ACA, this is a great chance to help drive the performance of a growing restaurant brand.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including the P&L and balance sheet, to tight deadlines
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Turn the numbers into clear insights for Heads of Department and senior management
  • Help with statutory accounts and tax returns, and keep our internal controls strong
  • Spot and implement ways to improve working processes

What you’ll bring

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Sage 200 experience preferred, and month-end process experience is desirable
  • Hospitality experience is a real bonus but not essential
  • Curiosity about what drives the numbers, the courage to ask questions and speak up, and the ability to present finance reporting in a clear, accessible format

Bill's Benefits

  • Access to your salary early through Stream
  • Supermarket and industry discounts
  • Long Service Awards
  • Enhanced holiday from day one: 33 days
  • Yearly Bonus
  • Meaningful and demonstrable progression
  • Social events throughout the year to connect with your peers
  • A charity day off, with events from our charity partners that you can take part in throughout the year
