Serving as a Management Analyst GS-0343-9/11 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. This position is located in the Core Training Operations Directorate under the Office of the Associate Director for Training Operations. The primary purpose of this position is to provide analysis and administrative support. Typical duties include: Performing in-depth analysis of sensitive and complex administrative issues affecting the office, develops solutions, and implements new or modified guidelines to address operational challenges and enhance mission effectiveness. Serving as the directorate-level point of contact for documentation management, leading the coordination, organization, and optimization of documentation workflows across platforms such as SharePoint, Internet, and Intranet, ensuring secure and efficient storage, retrieval, and lifecycle management. Providing expert guidance and training to managers and staff on documentation management tools, procedures, and best practices, and resolves issues related to system use, documentation processes, and compliance with organizational policies. Participating in strategic long-range planning, reviews and evaluates reports and correspondence for leadership, and assists with the preparation and quality control of directorate documentation, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with administrative and policy requirements.
