Serving as a Program Analyst GS-0343-9 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. This position is located in the Core Training Operations Directorate (CTO) as assigned under the Office of the Associate Director for Training Operations (TOPS) and located in Glynco, Georgia. The primary purpose of this position is to provide substantial administrative and analytical support to the division, division chief, and management team. Typical duties include: Performing various complex, time-sensitive, and recurring duties or projects assigned by the division chief. The position maintains contact with other CTO organizational elements, Partner Organizations (PO), FLETC staff, or other Federal government agencies. Cooperating with private sector or local communities to share organizational information then report those contacts and activities to CTO headquarters. Evaluating a variety of administrative documentation critical for the overall management and coordination of daily activities within a division. Assisting divisional management staff with developing briefings, talking points, synopses, and presentations. Presentations must be organized in a clear and professional manner with minimal notice. Developing procedures and checklist for operating media equipment and educates staff with proper operating procedures or assist when necessary.
