MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary
Provides HR management advice, position management program administration, and manpower analysis support to Navy command managers and supervisors.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FORCE PERSONNEL(N1), of COMNAVAIRLANT.
You will provide a broad range of advice and assistance to managers and supervisors on human resources management matters.
You will establish, cultivate, and maintain an ongoing relationship with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs within the context of the COMNAVAIRLANT AOR mission.
You will disseminate guidance and assist the supervisors, managers, and employees to ensure that established guidelines, directives, command policy, etc., are followed.
You will serve as the command's subject matter expert for implementation, coordination, and administration of an effective Position Management Program.
You will apply complex fact-finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated problems, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate actions or solutions.
You will conduct analyses on various complex issues that impact manpower resources.
You will be required to provide onsite training/assistance to subordinate activities.
