As an Management and Program Analyst, you will coordinate the full life cycle of office contracts, lead a variety of projects, and provide analytical guidance to further the office's mission.

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity and are assigned based on the need of the agency.

Coordinates and performs contract administration and other administrative program responsibilities for the office.

Conducts comprehensive research, strategic analysis, and independent reviews to evaluate a program's impact and propose solutions to improve program efficiency and accountability.

Prepares and briefs on comprehensive analytical reports and documentation to communicate the status and compliance of contracts and other acquisition programs, support recommendations, and demonstrate impact of new initiatives.

Leads special projects, audits, broad analytical assignments and other activities that have an impact on CREEO operations.

Acts as a liaison with the Office of Contracting and other USCIS offices requiring contracted services.

Serves as an expert consultant on broad projects, initiatives, and programs related to contract administration.

Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S. Federal or Military employee serving overseas. Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
