Maintains timely and accurate collection, analysis, and processing of man-hour data using the Defense Human Resource System Internet (DMHRSi).
Provides guidance to employees and timekeepers, identifying and resolving errors in timecards, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Maintains and monitors the timecard compliance system, producing reports, and assisting with audits to validate reported workload and man-hour data.
Conducts training for medical and dental personnel on the proper procedures for reporting time and labor, including developing training materials and delivering briefings.
Creates and uses spreadsheets to perform analysis on resulting data for each pay period.
