Analyzes and optimizes staffing, workflow, and resource allocation for a military medical center, maintaining manpower documents and recommending efficiency improvements.
About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Resource Management at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), which is on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
Serve as a Manpower Management Analyst responsible for manpower and force management, force accounting, manpower staffing criteria, and the distribution and documentation of manpower resources for the designated Military Treatment Facility
Conduct manpower studies and surveys to analyze and recommend improvements in staffing, reorganizations, mission changes, and manpower allocation for a full service medical center.
Gather and analyze workload data, workflow patterns, space utilization, and insights from staff interviews to determine and recommend improvements that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop, maintain, and update the organization's Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and Unit Manning Document (UMD).
Analyze and provide recommendations on requests to modify civilian grades through the Manpower Change Request (MCR) process.
