MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary
Analyzes naval aviation programs, identifies systemic issues, and recommends corrective actions to improve efficiency and mission outcomes.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
You will develop pre-inspection work plans that define scope of the inspection, identify relevant criteria, and provide the methodology for the evaluation.
You will conduct roots cause analysis to develop recommendations to correct programmatic/systemic deficiencies, poor internal controls, program vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies that impact morale, resources, or mission accomplishment.
You will assist as subject-matter-expert (SME) and meet with Program Managers to communicate, negotiate, justify, and defend all findings, recommendations, and other deliverables.
You will provide pre-inspection information and management assistance, notify appropriate individuals/organizations of planned inspections, and ensure adequate coordination.
You will review assessment and inspection reports and corrective actions taken to determine that appropriate changes or actions are implemented.
