WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Management and Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Analyzing and evaluating the management practices and methods, and administrative operations of substantive organizations and complex functions. Identifying and analyzing issues, problems, and challenges facing the organization; formulates and evaluates possible courses of action for resolving them; draws conclusions based on relevant facts; and recommends solutions to organizational leadership. Preparing comprehensive reports of findings and recommendations considering such factors as actual accomplishments versus established goals, adequacy of existing versus new programs, and costs incurred in the conduct of the program. Serving as a Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) on contracts of an administrative nature and/or contractor support for the conduct of large studies. Directing and developing plans for project teams or other groups as required in accomplishing/producing projects/studies in such areas as program reviews, surveys, and studies to monitor administration of Agency programs and to ensure compliance with regulations, policy, program intent, and plan requirements.
