Management Reporting and P&L (Profit and Loss) Analyst

The Central Finance organization is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Management Reporting and P&L (Profit and Loss) Analyst to join the team. Our organization will play a key role in managing and delivering our financial statements and commitments by providing insights and driving P&L improvement plans with our partners. This role supports the actual and forecast management reporting processes including preparation of presentation materials and reports for senior and executive leadership as well as shareholder reporting. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate management reporting.

The Central Finance organization is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Management Reporting and P&L (Profit and Loss) Analyst to join the team. Our organization will play a key role in managing and delivering our financial statements and commitments by providing insights and driving P&L improvement plans with our partners.

This role supports the actual and forecast management reporting processes including preparation of presentation materials and reports for senior and executive leadership as well as shareholder reporting. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze financial information and business trends and develops financial reports, variance explanations, risk assessments and solutions
  • Identifies, performs and drives process improvement opportunities in the month end close processes
  • Supports management reporting related to operations performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Makes recommendations around financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommends automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery
  • Develops periodic management reports for performance measurement of different business units and the organization
  • Supports decision making by providing ad hoc financial and key performance indicator analysis to influence and drive measurable improvements to the P&L

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in the following:
  • Accounting and knowledge of US GAAP standards
  • Financial acumen
  • Data analysis/modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs. The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $103,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
