Kick-start your career in the Banking & Financial Services industry through our structured Management Trainee Programme. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and build a rewarding long-term career. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Comprehensive Training Programme
Phase 1: CMFAS Professional Certification (First 4 Weeks)
Begin your journey with fully sponsored training and tutorials to prepare for the four core CMFAS examinations required by the industry. Our experienced trainers will guide you throughout the certification process.
Phase 2: HSBC Foundational Training
Upon obtaining your required certifications, you will attend a five-day HSBC foundational training programme alongside a cohort of new Management Trainees. A S$1,500 study allowance will be awarded upon successful completion of the programme.
Phase 3: Practical Development & Mentorship (Next 8 Weeks)
Receive hands-on training while working closely with experienced managers and mentors. During this structured development programme, you will gain practical knowledge in:

- Client relationship management
- Financial planning and needs analysis
- Business development and communication skills
- Digital systems and internal applications
- MAS regulations and compliance standards
