Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end governance and execution of complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
Coordinate across multiple project workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones.
Prepare high-quality executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership, including CXO-level stakeholders.
Maintain program dashboards, financial tracking, resource planning, and progress reporting using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and governance forums, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and action items.
Identify program risks, issues, and interdependencies, proactively driving resolution with project teams and leadership.
Support program planning, roadmap development, and milestone tracking across the transformation lifecycle.
Ensure consistent reporting, documentation, and communication across stakeholders and leadership teams.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

Atleast 5+ years of similar experience in Complex Project Management
Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or strategic initiatives.
Strong consulting background (experience with consulting firms or strategic advisory roles preferred).
Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders including CXO-level leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (data analysis, dashboards, executive presentations).
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments.
Experience in program governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in large enterprise transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with PMO frameworks, program governance models, and portfolio management tools.
Ability to translate complex program data into clear executive insights.
English – advanced level
