WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of FCs to achieve business objectives and professional growth
- Recruit, onboard, and retain FCs to build a strong and sustainable advisory team
- Monitor team performance, identify capability gaps, and implement coaching and development plans.
- Ensure all advisory activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
- Support advisers in handling complex client cases and provide guidance on suitable financial planning solutions
- Develop and implement business plans and initiatives to drive team sales growth/productivity and service quality
- Monitor business performance through regular reviews, pipeline management, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence
- Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, and communicate relevant updates to the team
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Relevant financial advisory certifications and licences required under applicable regulatory requirements
- Professional qualifications in financial planning or wealth management are an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance, wealth management, or financial services, including at least 2 years in a people management role
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing advisory teams
- Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial advisory industry.
- Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
