Manager/AVP - Transaction Monitoring Tuning & Optimization

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8-12 years of experience to lead our transaction monitoring, tuning, and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction monitoring, tuning, and optimization, with expertise in actimize/hotscan/rdc, python/sql/sas, threshold, ATL/BTL testing.

• Develop and implement effective transaction monitoring strategies to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Conduct thorough analysis of transaction data to detect anomalies and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes.
• Create and maintain complex models and algorithms to predict future transactions.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of transaction monitoring systems.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.

• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring principles and practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and SAS.
• Experience with tools like actimize/hotscan/rdc is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
