Job Description - Business Development Manager (Hotel Acquisition)

Industry:- Hotel/Hospitality (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and acquire new hotels, resorts, and hospitality partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, promoters, and management teams.

- Lead end-to-end hotel acquisition, including negotiations, commercial discussions, and onboarding.

- Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and target markets.

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve acquisition targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partner activation.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business agreements.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.

-Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory:- 4-8 years of experience in Business Development or Hotel Acquisition within the hotel/hospitality industry.

- Proven experience in hotel onboarding, franchise development, or property acquisition.

- Strong network with hotel owners and hospitality stakeholders.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to travel extensively for business meetings and hotel visits.

- Strong commercial acumen and target-driven approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience with hotel chains, hospitality aggregators, travel-tech companies, or hotel management companies.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
