Manager - Compliance| Mumbai

To support regulatory compliance and governance through evaluation of business activities, regulatory requirements and control frameworks. The role assesses compliance risks, interprets regulations and recommends actions to strengthen the Bank's compliance environment.

• Manage and lead compliance monitoring activities across departments and ensure timely escalation of issues.
• Support senior management in implementation reviews of new and modified products/processes, including audit observations and rectifications.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting, including FATCA/CRS annual filings and RBS (Tranche I, II, III) submissions.
• Prepare and submit monthly compliance reports to MD & CEO and quarterly reports to Board/ACB.
• Monitor and track compliance with RBI circulars and regulatory updates, and ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate with departments for compliance certifications and periodic submissions.
• Manage and update compliance tracking systems such as CERMO+ and TASC.
• Liaise with branches and stakeholders for FATCA/CRS (TIN updates and compliance requirements).
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and system rollouts (e.g., CERMO+).
• Support internal and concurrent audits by providing required compliance data and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance frameworks and controls.
• Assist senior management in driving compliance awareness and adherence across the organization.

Experience Range: 5 to 8 Years

Qualifications : Graduate (Any Specialisation)/Post Graduate (Any Specialisation)
