Manager, Country Operations (Narrow)

• Responsible for the entire team’s safety, quality, equipment, personnel management, management system establishment, and responsible for the entire team’s KPIs
• Lead the investigation and preventive measures of accidents and complaints
•Manage SME team work
• Responsible for the promotion of the improvement project of the entire warehouse
• Major projects/work advancement
• Inter-departmental (Corning/APLL IT) communication and coordination
• Special assignment evaluation

• 5-10 years of working experience in manufacturing factory warehouse/logistics supervisor
• Good department related to warehousing logistics management
• Good systematic and logical thinking ability, understand the complexity of things, and be able to consider problems from a global perspective
• Understand related knowledge and tools such as quality system management, warehousing and logistics management, and have practical cases related to quality improvement and process control improvement
• Familiar with office software, understand the working principle of MRP
• The warehousing logistics industry is willing to develop in this industry, and has a strong desire for career advancement and development
• Experience in large-scale production-oriented foreign companies is preferred
• Intermediate English proficiency
