Manager (Data Analytics), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Office (2-year contract)

Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in leveraging data to support AI innovation, service improvement, and operational decision-making across the hospital. You will work closely with clinicians, operational teams, and technical colleagues to analyse data, develop reports and dashboards, support AI initiatives, and generate insights that enhance patient care and healthcare operations.

In this role, you will oversee data preparation, analysis, reporting, and governance activities, while supporting the evaluation and implementation of AI solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to translate data into actionable insights and drive evidence-based decision-making.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in data analytics, AI, and healthcare innovation are encouraged to apply. Suitable candidates may be considered for a junior position.

Requirements:

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics,Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
• 6 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, or related analytical work.
• Working knowledge of Python and datavisualisation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare data, generative AI, or data governance will be an advantage.
• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
