Manager - Design

The Design Manager will lead the end-to-end design and product development process for Babies & More, covering maternity, baby and kids categories. The role will be responsible for translating brand direction, consumer insights and market trends into commercially viable product collections that reflect the brand’s positioning and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of seasonal collections across maternity, baby and kids categories.
• Develop creative concepts, product ranges, colour palettes, prints, fabrics and design directions in line with brand identity.
• Monitor global and regional trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
• Oversee the product development process from initial concept and design briefs through sampling, revisions and final approvals.
• Work closely with merchandising, buying, sourcing and production teams to ensure products meet commercial requirements, target costs and delivery timelines.
• Ensure consistency in design quality, fit, functionality, comfort, safety and overall product standards.
• Guide and manage the design team, providing creative direction, feedback and support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align collections with seasonal strategies, sales objectives and business priorities.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design, materials and development processes.
