MANAGER

*Job Description & Key Responsibilities

1. To manage and oversee daily cleaning operations for multiple client sites (commercial, residential, industrial).

2. Responsible for manpower planning, deployment, and scheduling of cleaning crew (local and foreign cleaners).

3. To conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and compliance with NEA cleaning standards and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.

4. To handle client meetings, attend to complaints, and ensure contract requirements are met as per SLA.

5. Responsible for recruitment, training, and induction of new cleaning staff on proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

6. To prepare monthly manpower reports, inventory of cleaning materials, and coordinate with HR for work pass matters.

7. To implement cost control measures and improve operational efficiency.

*Requirements:*

- Diploma / Degree in any discipline

- Minimum 4-5 years experience in cleaning / facilities management / manpower management

- Knowledge of Singapore cleaning standards and operations

- Willing to work on-site and handle shift operations
