Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead teams and ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and coordinate work activities.

• Supervise employees, allocate duties and monitor team performance.

• Plan manpower, budgets and resources to meet operational needs.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and applicable regulations.

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

• Improve work processes, service quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and experience in operations or business management.

• Experience supervising teams and coordinating daily activities.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, manpower and resources effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparing management reports.
