Primary Purpose:
Aligns operational plans with business objectives, optimizing resources and driving initiatives that enhance system performance. Oversees compliance programs and fosters collaboration across teams to achieve reliability and financial targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages work intake and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders, tracking performance and conducting analysis to achieve business objectives.
• Implements staffing plans, leads workload balancing, and informs workforce planning decisions.
• Manages intra-day scheduling and resource levers to maintain service levels and ensure operational continuity.
• Monitors project revenues, profitability, and cash flow to meet or exceed financial forecasts and targets.
• Manages the development of training programs to ensure field personnel maintain required competencies.
• Leads reliability improvement initiatives by reviewing analyses on trends, identifying root causes, and applying best practices.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards across managed functions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align operational plans with strategic goals.
• Frequent, independent driving to meetings, company locations and/or field locations while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws is essential to this position and cannot reasonably be accomplished via alternative transportation.
