Manager: Enterprise Supplier Development

• To ensure implementation of Enterprise and supplier development strategies aligned to the broader national policy and regulatory framework. • To liaise with the supply chain community across Transnet or TRIM to ensure that there is consistent implementations, monitoring and reporting of Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) • To conduct training initiatives for ESD policies and procedures to drive compliance with TRIM when entering ESD transactions. • To collate information and compile reports on ESD transactions across TRIM. • To manage and monitor Enterprise and Supplier Development contracts /progress across TRIM. • Plays an active role in effective execution of the integrated Supply Chain Management Strategy (iSCM), specifically through participation in the Supplier Development Centre of Excellence (SD COE).
