As the Manager of the CORP_Global Technology_Enterprise AI and Advanced Tech department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions. Your primary focus will be to lead a team of talented professionals, driving innovation and strategy for our cutting-edge AI initiatives. We are seeking a visionary leader who can inspire and guide our team to new heights, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of AI and advanced technologies.

• Lead and manage the CORP_Global Technology_Enterprise AI and Advanced Tech department, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the department's growth and success, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Mentor and guide a team of AI experts, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, including AGENTIC AI, RAG, and GENAI, and incorporate these technologies into our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of AI into our products and services.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to promote our AI capabilities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in AI and advanced technologies, and share this knowledge with the team to enhance our expertise.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the AI industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing successful AI projects.
• In-depth knowledge of AGENTIC AI, RAG, GENAI, and other advanced AI technologies, along with experience in Python, React, and Langchain.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Azure, and a strong understanding of OpenAI and CLaude platforms.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of AI professionals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance AI solutions.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and a track record of successful project delivery.
