• Lead design, development, and maintenance of MIS systems ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance.
• Generate and distribute periodic and ad-hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish robust data governance and reporting standards.

Dashboarding & Data Integration

• Integrate data from multiple sources into unified dashboards for comprehensive reporting.
• Develop intuitive dashboards highlighting key KPIs and business metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability across platforms.

Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Analyze trends, variances, and key business drivers.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Financial & Cost Control

• Support financial reporting, budget tracking, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Drive cost control strategies through data-backed analysis and monitoring.
• Ensure alignment of MIS outputs with financial and operational goals.

Contracts & Vendor Management

• Track contract lifecycle including renewals, deadlines, and performance metrics.
• Maintain contract databases and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Support vendor performance monitoring and contract optimization initiatives.

System Enhancement & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance MIS systems and reporting efficiency.
• Implement automation and digital solutions to streamline processes.
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks aligned with business needs.
