Manager

The Capability Development Manager leads the design and execution of leadership development initiatives, focusing on enhancing leadership and behavioral competencies. This role involves creating and delivering impactful training programs, collaborating with senior leaders to identify development needs, and implementing strategies to drive organizational growth. The position also requires managing a team of learning professionals, evaluating program effectiveness, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Key job functions include delivering training, developing and managing content, conducting training needs analysis, handling post training and LMS reports, managing program communication, overseeing external training partners, and building training solutions.

Should have 12+ years of experience in leadership development, training, or organizational development. Additional experience in coaching, curriculum development, and team leadership is highly beneficial.
