Manager, Gas Transmission & Distribution Project Management (DOT)

Primary Purpose
Leads project portfolios and develops strategies that align with organizational goals. Ensures resource optimization and compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously, meeting specified deliverables and expectations.
• Builds alliances with pipeline operators, joint venture partners, and government agencies for infrastructure development.
• Engages with internal stakeholders, local communities, environmental groups, and regulatory agencies to facilitate permitting and public outreach.
• Drives alignment with energy transition goals, focusing on renewable gas technologies.
• Leads strategic procurement activities, including material sourcing, supplier prequalification, and bid evaluations.
• Manages internal and external project approval processes, including executive briefings, board presentations, and public hearings.
• Develops short‑term workforce and capability plans to ensure project teams possess the required skills, coverage, and readiness to execute approved work programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
