Overview Provide support to business by advocating favorable regulations in Central Asia countries; mitigate financial and operational risks associated with new legislation and regulations; promote Company’s image in the key audiences, including governmental bodies, business associations, NGO’s and local communities. Responsibilities Contribute to Government Affairs strategy development and implementation for each of Central Asia markets to align it with the broader corporate one Support in building communication and engagement with government officials Ensure proactive and robust engagement with local authorities/municipalities Continuously monitor regulatory and legislative changes that can affect company operations in Central Asian markets Regularly participate and contribute in working groups to ensure company's position is considered in addressing industry issues Represent company at different levels of the government both local and central Draft white papers and briefings and provide company recommendations on issues affecting industry Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in Government Affairs or public service Proven track-record of resolving complex government affairs issues Experience in managing projects from inception to implementation Experience in making analytical reports and strategies’ development Good understanding of government and municipalities structures and decision making within Understanding of work in large corporations FMCG business understanding is an advantage English - Upper Intermediate Kazakh fluency is an advantage
