Manager - Hire to Retire

Must have:

- Experience in managing HR services across EMEA and North America / LATAM.

- Experience in HR Shared Services.

- Responsible for managing the end-to-end Hire to Retire (H2R) process across EMEA and Americas, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, service delivery and a strong employee experience. The role will lead a team and partner closely with HR, Business, Payroll, HRIS, Finance and other global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end H2R processes covering joining/onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, job changes, payroll inputs, benefits, leave, exits and final settlement.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee transactions across EMEA and Americas.

- Drive process adherence, SLA/KPI performance, quality and compliance.

- Identify process gaps and drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.

- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of employee and stakeholder queries.

- Ensure accurate employee data and effective use of HR systems/HRIS.

- Excellent end to end team handling experience. Lead, mentor and develop a team handling H2R operations.

- Experience with HRIS / HR technology; SuccessFactors, Workday or similar platforms preferred.

- Strong global stakeholder management, handling conflict resolution.

- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, conflict resolution, and maintaining service quality.
