Manager HR BPO Governance
ContiTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR BPO Governance Manager for our HR Service Governance & Systems team.
The Global HR BPO Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing governance, performance management, and strategic partnership activities related to outsourced HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers across multiple regions. This role ensures vendor accountability, operational excellence, compliance with contractual obligations, service delivery optimization, and alignment with global HR and business objectives.
- Manage governance activities for global HR BPO vendor and outsourced service providers
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, operational performance and service quality
- Lead governance meetings, business reviews, and escalation management
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support contract management, compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
- Analyze service delivery data and provide reporting to leadership
- Support HR transformation and process optimization projects, leading HR oursourcing projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, outsourcing governance, or vendor management.
- Experience managing global HR BPO or managed service provider relationships.
- Strong understanding of HR operational processes and service delivery models.
- Experience with SLA/KPI management, governance frameworks, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multinational and matrixed organizations.
