About the Program:

The Manager in Training (MIT) Program is a rotation-based development program designed to prepare participants to successfully manage an apartment community and lead a team. It focuses on hands-on experience and demonstrated competency. MITs rotate through multiple properties and functional areas, gaining exposure to different teams, leadership styles, and asset types, then move into placement as a Property Manager.

The program is open to both internal and external candidates. Advancement through each rotation is based on completing deliverables and demonstrating understanding, not a fixed timeline.
